SoulNora ("we", "us"), part of the Hitchens Group, is committed to protecting your privacy and securing your data. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we keep it safe.
Account details (name, email), subscription and billing information processed securely by Stripe, and the data you choose to connect so that Nora can help you (such as calendar, finance, health and productivity information). We collect the minimum needed to provide the service.
To operate SoulNora, power Nora's insights for your account only, process your subscription, provide support, and improve the service. We never sell your data and never share it between accounts.
Encrypted connections (HTTPS), strict access controls, isolated per-account data, secure password hashing, and privacy-by-design throughout. Payments are handled by Stripe and we never store your card details.
